BatPro Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

Welcome to BatPro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and BatPro ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") with respect to your use of the BatPro website located at batpro.bio and all associated services, games, features and promotions offered through the platform.

By accessing batpro.bio, creating an account, making a deposit or using any feature of the BatPro platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BatPro platform.

BatPro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for users in Pakistan. Where any term is unclear, the interpretation that best serves fair dealing between BatPro and its registered users shall apply.

To register and use BatPro, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BatPro does not permit minors to register or use any services on the platform under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services. BatPro is designed and operated for Pakistani users and all services are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a BatPro employee. These individuals are prohibited from participating in real-money gaming on BatPro.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services through BatPro's own responsible gaming tools or through any external self-exclusion programme. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period is still active, you may not create a new account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws. Persons who are declared legally incapacitated or under guardianship orders are not eligible.
• You must not have a prior BatPro account that was closed, suspended or banned for terms violations. Creating a second account to circumvent an account closure is prohibited.

BatPro reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on BatPro. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BatPro account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. BatPro will never ask for your password via email, SMS or phone call. If you receive such a request from someone claiming to represent BatPro, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@batpro.bio immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact BatPro support immediately. BatPro will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or grant access to your BatPro account to any third party.
• All financial transactions on BatPro must involve payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, which may result in processing delays.
• BatPro reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification (KYC) at any time. During a KYC review, withdrawal processing may be paused until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on BatPro are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BatPro supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer and card payments. Deposits from Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly to your BatPro wallet. BatPro charges no deposit fees. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet or bank are set by those providers and are separate from BatPro's operations.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of submission. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. BatPro charges no withdrawal fees.

Withdrawal eligibility: To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have completed identity verification (KYC). Your withdrawal must go to a payment account registered in your own name. BatPro may require that your first withdrawal return funds via the same method used for your first deposit, as an anti-fraud measure.

Funds security: Player funds are held separately from BatPro's operational funds. Your PKR wallet balance represents funds held on your behalf and is not mixed with company revenue accounts.

• Chargebacks and payment disputes initiated without first contacting BatPro support may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• BatPro reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals. This is a security measure designed to protect your funds.
• Withdrawals of bonus-funded wins are subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Section 5.

BatPro offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered or credited. The general principles below apply to all BatPro bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus or any winnings generated from it become eligible for withdrawal. The standard BatPro wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

Qualifying games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots and Aviator typically contribute 100% of each bet. Table games including Teen Patti and Baccarat contribute at a lower rate, which will be specified in the individual bonus terms. Sports betting contributions vary by market and odds.

Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. The standard expiry is 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Any unmet wagering requirement and unclaimed bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the bonus period.

• Bonuses are credited to your BatPro account once all deposit and eligibility conditions are met. Claiming a bonus by entering false information is prohibited and will result in account termination.
• BatPro's first deposit bonus is available once per user. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times constitutes fraud.
• BatPro reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any bet placed using bonus funds that is found to exploit game mechanics, use betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or involve matched betting across multiple outcomes, may be voided at BatPro's discretion.

BatPro provides a range of casino games and sports betting markets including Jackpot Slots, Aviator, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Live Cricket and more. All games are operated under published rules that are accessible within each game's interface or help section. By placing a bet on any BatPro game, you confirm that you have familiarised yourself with that game's rules.

RNG certification: All non-live games on BatPro use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited for fairness and statistical randomness. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment operated by trained dealers under video surveillance.

Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round — including disconnections, server errors or display errors — BatPro reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Wins that result from a clearly erroneous display (for example, a game showing incorrect odds due to a software error) are not binding and will not be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BatPro and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and being reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit bonus terms or interact with the platform in any way that is not through normal user behaviour.
• Collusion with other players in games where such collusion can affect the outcome, including but not limited to live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors rather than reporting them to BatPro support. Any winnings obtained through known exploits are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using BatPro as a mechanism to transfer, convert or obscure funds of illegal origin.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or scrape any content, data or software from the BatPro platform.

BatPro takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help users manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered BatPro users through the account settings section:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: BatPro can display time-in-session notifications at intervals you choose, helping you stay aware of how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: You can request a temporary self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and no new account may be created. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the selected period.
• Reality check: BatPro can send you periodic account summaries showing your net gaming result over a defined period upon request.

BatPro will never knowingly allow a self-excluded user to continue using the platform. If you believe your account was incorrectly reactivated during a self-exclusion period, contact support@batpro.bio immediately.

BatPro reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where the situation requires immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Chargebacks initiated against BatPro that are determined to be unjustified following investigation.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions in ways that violate the promotional terms.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Any activity that BatPro reasonably believes poses a risk of harm to the platform, other users or the integrity of games.

When an account is closed for terms violations, BatPro reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited and reported to relevant Pakistani authorities. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud or terms violations — for example, at the user's own request — the verified account balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your BatPro account at any time by contacting support@batpro.bio. Any account closure request will be processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not affect any legally accrued rights or obligations arising prior to closure.

All content on the BatPro platform — including but not limited to the BatPro name and logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, icons, audio and video content — is the property of BatPro or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BatPro platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works from any BatPro content.
• Distribute, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the BatPro platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the BatPro platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices on any content.

Any unauthorised use of BatPro's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Pakistani and international law.

BatPro provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will always be free from errors or technical faults.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BatPro's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of your verified BatPro wallet balance at the time the claim arises.

BatPro shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses caused by circumstances beyond BatPro's reasonable control, including network outages, payment processor downtime or acts of God.
• The accuracy of third-party data including live cricket scores or sports statistics used as the basis for bet settlements.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes BatPro's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

BatPro collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

BatPro collects personal information including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, payment details and gaming activity for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Delivering bonuses and platform communications relevant to your account.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Improving the BatPro platform and user experience.

BatPro does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies where required by law. BatPro reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BatPro will notify registered users via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to prevent fraud, in which case the change takes effect immediately.

The current version of the Terms, including the "Last Updated" date, will always be available at batpro.bio/terms-conditions. If you do not agree with any revision to the Terms, your only recourse is to close your BatPro account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Minor amendments — such as formatting corrections, clarifications of existing language that do not change the substance of any clause, or changes required by applicable law — may be made without user notification but will still be reflected in the "Last Updated" date.

• Support hours: Available during Pakistani business hours. Response times are typically within 2–4 hours for account queries and within 24 hours for formal dispute submissions.

BatPro will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally within 14 days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
