Go to /register on BatPro. Enter your Pakistani mobile number (without the leading zero — so 03001234567 becomes 3001234567 in the form), an email address, a password and your date of birth. You must be 18 or older to register. Accept the Terms and Conditions and submit. Your account is created immediately. A verification message is sent to your mobile and email. You can start exploring the platform right away, and your welcome bonus activates after your first qualifying deposit.

Yes, creating a BatPro account is completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly subscription and no charge for creating or maintaining an account. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit and place bets — and even then, the minimum deposit starts from Rs 200, which keeps the barrier to entry low for Pakistani players.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is an identity verification process required before BatPro processes your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a clear photo of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both sides — along with a selfie. BatPro typically completes KYC review within 24 hours on business days. Do not attempt to create a new account while your original account is under review.

Email support@batpro.bio with subject "Account Closure Request." Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account before closure. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure. Once closed, the account cannot be reopened. If your reason for closing is related to gaming concerns, consider self-exclusion first — it is reversible after the exclusion period, unlike full account closure.

The minimum deposit on BatPro is Rs 200. This applies across all deposit methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit at the standard account level, though individual payment providers may have their own daily transfer caps that you should check with your bank or mobile wallet provider.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your BatPro wallet instantly in the vast majority of cases. If your deposit does not appear within five minutes, first confirm the transaction was completed and the amount was deducted from your mobile wallet balance. If it was deducted but not credited, contact support@batpro.bio with your transaction reference number and the team will trace and credit it manually.

Go to Deposit and Withdrawal in your BatPro account, select Withdraw, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer or card), enter the amount and confirm. Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount on BatPro is Rs 500. This applies to all withdrawal methods. There is no withdrawal fee applied by BatPro — you receive the full amount you request. Your payment provider (bank or mobile wallet) may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside BatPro's control.

For security and anti-fraud compliance, BatPro's policy requires that withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the deposit, up to the amount originally deposited. Any winnings above the deposited amount can be withdrawn to your verified bank account or mobile wallet registered in your KYC. Aviator is a crash-style multiplier game. A plane takes off and a multiplier rises from 1x upward. You place a bet in PKR before each round, and you must cash out before the plane flies away — when the round ends, any uncashed bets lose. The multiplier at which you cash out determines your win. For example, if you bet Rs 500 and cash out at 3.5x, you receive Rs 1,750. Teen Patti is a three-card poker variant popular across South Asia and particularly well-loved by Pakistani players. Each player is dealt three cards. You place an initial ante bet and then decide to play blind or seen. The player with the best three-card hand wins the pot. Hand rankings from highest to lowest: Trail (three of a kind), Pure Sequence (straight flush), Sequence (straight), Color (flush), Pair, High Card. Baccarat on BatPro is the standard punto banco variant. Two hands are dealt — Player and Banker. You bet on which hand will have a value closest to nine, or bet on a Tie. Cards two through nine count at face value. Tens and face cards count as zero. Aces count as one. If a hand total exceeds nine, ten is subtracted. Third card rules are applied automatically by the game. Banker bets win slightly more often than Player bets but carry a commission. Tie bets have the highest payout and the highest house edge. A setup code is sent to your registered mobile number to confirm activation. Once 2FA is active, every login requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your mobile. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it is the single most effective step you can take to protect your BatPro account from unauthorised access.

No. BatPro will never ask for your password via SMS, email, WhatsApp or any other channel. If you received a message claiming to be from BatPro and requesting your password, OTP, or any personal financial details, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond, do not click any link in that message, and report it to support@batpro.bio immediately. Change your BatPro password right away if you responded to such a message or clicked any link.

Act immediately. First, change your password via /login — use the "Forgot Password" option if needed. Then go to Account Settings and check your login history for unfamiliar devices or locations. Email support@batpro.bio with subject "Security Concern" and describe what you have noticed. The support team can lock active sessions from all other devices, review recent transaction history, and escalate to the security team if needed. Do not delay — the faster you act, the less potential impact any unauthorised access can have.

BatPro uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. KYC documents are stored securely and accessed only by verified compliance staff.
